Coming fall 2026. Grown in Uji from a first-flush harvest of Okumidori and Saemidori cultivars, with a flavor profile of sweet cream, almonds, pistachio, caramel, and mellow umami. It'll be available for purchase directly via azurematcha.com and more.

Thank you for an incredible year — the events, masterclasses, DJ sets, pop-ups, residencies, and everything in between. You welcomed us with open arms, and we're endlessly grateful for the support you've shown us across this beautiful city for over a year now.

And we're thrilled to share that our very first US-wide premium blend is coming very soon. This blend captures matcha at its absolute best — a flavor profile so distinct, we believe it'll change the way you experience matcha entirely. Its finish is smooth like no other, with a shade of green that's uniquely, deeply satisfying.
